Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1 medium onion, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped1 cup uncooked instant rice1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce3/4 cup hot water1 teaspoon prepared mustard1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

In a large skillet, brown the beef, onion, green pepper and rice. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is tender.
