Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 garlic clove, minced1 can (11-1/2 ounces) tomato juice1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce3/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain.

Add the tomato juice, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
