Ingredients

2 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham steak, cut into serving-size portions1 tablespoon canola oil1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling1 can (15-1/4 ounces) fruit cocktail, drained1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook ham in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, in a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the pie filling, fruit cocktail, brown sugar and butter. Cook until heated through, stirring twice. Serve with ham.
