Ingredients

2-1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles1 celery rib, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 tablespoon canola oil2 cups cubed fully cooked ham1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3/4 cup 2% milk1 teaspoon ground mustard

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Stir in noodles and remaining ingredients.

Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until heated through.
