2 large eggs1 cup 2% milk1 cup dry bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon pepper1-1/2 pound ground fully cooked ham1/2 pound ground porkGLAZE:1/3 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon ground mustard2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add milk, bread crumbs and pepper. Add ham and pork; mix well. Transfer to a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients; spoon over loaf. Bake until a thermometer inserted in loaf reads 145°, 40 minutes longer, basting occasionally with glaze.
