Ingredients

1 package (26 ounces) frozen shredded hash browns3 tablespoons vegetable oil2 cups diced fully cooked ham2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted2 cups sour cream2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a large skillet, fry hash browns in oil until browned. Remove from heat, stir in ham, soup, sour cream, 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
