Ingredients

6 cups uncooked bow tie pasta2 cups julienned fully cooked ham1/3 cup crumbled blue or feta cheese1/3 cup minced fresh parsley1 garlic clove, minced1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1/4 teaspoon pepper1/3 cup olive oil1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toastedGrated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.

Stir in the ham, blue cheese, parsley, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Add oil and pecans; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
