Ingredients

2 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped1 small sweet yellow pepper, chopped1/4 cup chopped red onion3 tablespoons chopped seeded peeled cucumber3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon minced chives1 tablespoon olive oil2 teaspoons dill weed2 teaspoons lemon juice1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Place halibut in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, for salsa, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with halibut.
