Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained2 tablespoons brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt2/3 cup sour cream3 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons prepared ranch salad dressing1 small tomato, chopped1/3 cup chopped cucumber4 pita breads (6 inches), halved and warmedShredded lettuce
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion, sauerkraut, brown sugar and salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Stir in tomato and cucumber. Fill pita halves with turkey mixture, lettuce and sauce.
