Ingredients

1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, cubed2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and mashed3/4 cup pomegranate seeds6 green onions, chopped8 cherry tomatoes, halved1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped3 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons lime juice1 garlic clove, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon pepper20 slices multigrain bread, toasted

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but the bread. Spread chicken salad over 10 bread slices; top with remaining bread.
