Ingredients
1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1/4 cup chopped onion1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 garlic clove, minced1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons chili sauce1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/3 cup sour creamHot cooked noodles
Preparation
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion in butter over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; crumble beef. Stir in the mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through (do not boil). Serve with noodles.
