Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon pepper3 large eggs1/2 cup whole milk1/2 cup mayonnaise1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup shredded Swiss cheese1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in the salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and mayonnaise; stir into meat mixture. Fold in cheeses.

Pour into pastry shell. Bake, uncovered, at 350° or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
