Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)1 medium onion, chopped1 medium apple, chopped2 celery ribs, chopped8 cups bread cubes1 tablespoon poultry seasoning1 teaspoon salt, optional1/2 teaspoon pepper2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Preparation

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a 3-qt. baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.

Cover and bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until dressing is lightly browned.
