Ingredients
8 pounds chicken wings1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce1/4 cup butter, cubed1 tablespoon cider vinegar1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup Italian seasoning1/4 cup dried rosemary, crushed1/4 cup paprika1/4 cup chili powder1/4 cup pepper2 tablespoons cayenne pepper1 cup blue cheese salad dressing1/2 cup ranch salad dressingCelery sticks
Preparation
Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip sections. Set wings aside.
In a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, hot sauce, butter and vinegar to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until butter is melted and sauce is heated through, 6-8 minutes. Cool.
In a large shallow dish, combine sugar and seasonings. Add chicken wings in batches and turn to coat evenly.
Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat until juices run clear, 35-45 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with sauce.
In a small bowl, combine blue cheese and ranch salad dressing; serve with chicken wings and celery sticks.
