Ingredients
1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup orange juice2 tablespoons canola oil2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce2 green onions, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced4 teaspoons chopped jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning1-1/2 teaspoons packed brown sugar1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot1/2 teaspoon salt1 package (20 ounces) turkey breast tenderloins
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain and discard marinade from the turkey. Lightly oil the grill rack. Grill turkey, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 7-10 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Cut into slices.
